very nice view, spacious rooms, helpful staff

No hot water for showers during our entire stay!!! For a so-called beautiful room, the lack of basic amenities like a fridge and an overall dated feel left us wanting more.

Incredibly polite staff and magnificent location make it a great choice!

all in all everything was excellent, had a really nice stay for 3 nights. the breakfast was delicious with curry and stunning views, for example, and the team was best and kept the space fairly clean. apartment i stayed at was well-appointed and brand-new with 3 double beds. the hotel had a magnificent and beautiful location on the side of a mountain.

Lots of outstanding food for meals. Stunning location in the new area, near to the center, and all the restaurants.

This hotel is an enjoyable base for a trip in Ella. The staff ensures you have a fairly nice time, they are accommodating and extremely accommodating. The rooms here are good-sized with a great view. It is undoubtedly a fantastic and wonderful option when in Ella.

Unexpectedly, my room had a bad odor, quite a warm welcome, wasn't it? Not to mention, the noise from the kitchen made it impossible to sleep! You'd think for 200 USD a night, I'd receive a complimentary upgrade for the inconvenience, but apparently, that's only for special guests. I almost thought of leaving a good review but just couldn't.

Amazing views and chill vibes in Ella 🌄

Man, the views from our room were insane, just like you'd see on a postcard! The staff, especially the chommie at reception, were super helpful and friendly. We loved chilling on the balcony with a drink, just soaking it all in. Brekkie was lekker too, with a huge spread!

Only downside was the steep walk back up from town, a bit of a trek after a long day of exploring.

The balcony felt open, yet my noisy neighbors disrupted sleep.

The views were fine, but it was a trek getting up the hill. The staff were super friendly. Chur for that!

The hammock on the balcony was my absolute favorite spot! 😍 Stunning views, delicious breakfast options, and the staff were super accommodating. Just wish the WiFi was more reliable. an amazing experience!

Lush greenery embraced our spacious mountain view room. The infinity pool was a highlight for relaxation after a trek. Staff were attentive with great service. Although breakfast timing could be better.

One room had an unpleasant odor, which caused a bit of inconvenience.

The fine mountain views from our double room were lovely. They also had an really good breakfast with a variety of options, including delicious hoppers.

Wow, the view from our family room was just amazing! The breakfast spread was dope, especially the fresh juices. We had some fun times hangin' by the pool too. The staff were super chill. It would've been perfect if there was a mini-fridge in the room though.

The views are nothing short of lovely! The daily yoga on the rooftop was a perfect way to start the morning, and the family room had a lovely balcony with hammocks. The staff arranged transfers easily and were super friendly. Our meals, especially breakfast, were fantastic.

My kids wished for a few more activities for young ones.
